By using PodPush (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
PodPush is a managed service that syncs your YouTube video content to Spotify and other podcast platforms. This includes an initial catalog migration and ongoing automatic uploads for new YouTube content. PodPush operates by being granted editor access to your Spotify podcast — you retain full ownership of your content at all times.
You are responsible for ensuring that your YouTube content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You are also responsible for complying with Spotify's platform policies. PodPush is not liable for content removed by Spotify due to policy violations.
Ongoing Sync is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with no penalty — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. One-time catalog sync fees are non-refundable once work has begun. All pricing is displayed in USD.
You retain full ownership of all content synced through PodPush. We do not claim any rights to your videos, audio, show notes, or metadata. If you cancel, your content remains on Spotify permanently — we only remove our editor access.
PodPush provides the Service on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or stream counts. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including changes to Spotify's Partner Program terms or eligibility requirements.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
